AUDITED URBAN POPULATION PART ONE
On Saturday, February 25 1995 in Chicago, IL beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at 2:00 a.m. i counted every human being whose face i could discern from a distance of approximately 25 yards (i.e., from one side to the other side of a two-way street). At this distance I could distinguish a recognizable difference between faces in relation to one another. The mental image of a face as seen through the short-term memory constitiutd a "countable" face. The amount of percepton tht established the short-term memory's mental image was approximately .12 seconds.
