AUDITED URBAN POPULATION PART TWO

On Saturday, March 18 1995 in Chicago, IL beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at 2:00 a.m. I counted every person who looked at me from a distance of up to approximately 10 yards. This data was quantified by counting those people with whom I made eye-contact. The constitution of "eye-contact" was established by my eyes meeting those of a passerby for a time of approximately .12 seconds.
